Our Story
Cookie Bar Arlington is a micro-bakery in Virginia. We make all of our cookies, cookie bars, cakes, and other baked treats in-house using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. You can find our products at local farmers markets and events.
Through our passion for baking with high-quality, clean ingredients, we look to bring a sense of joy and connection among our customers. That’s why our tagline and mission is “share the joy.” And we share this joy even further by donating 10% of our profits to charitable organizations that help make our world a place to thrive.

Cookie Bar Arlington is just getting started, and it is our mission to share the joy! Our Raising the Bar initiative is focused on meeting our mission goals to create connection, support our community, and develop climate positive operations.

We are actively working towards making our operations more environmentally sustainable, creating a positive impact on our climate.
We completed our first step of purchasing packaging that is compostable and free of added PFAS. We’ll be sharing more about this initiative in the summer!
